There are so many elements that have to come together to make a star. Talent, ability, money, the right support group of coaches, luck, and determination and courage. You have a to be a pit bull about your career. Not in a nasty way, but you must lock your jaws on what you want to accomplish and never let go. And that takes tremendous courage.

A student of mine and I had a discussion about this. As you study voice and your voice becomes more and more free, it becomes more and more frightening – like you are naked in front of this audience.
