    How does learning to sing online work?

    SingLikeYouSpeak.com walks you through a step-by-step process of learning how to use your body as an instrument. Each step, each skill, is thoroughly explained and demonstrated from many different angles in video lessons, video technique basics, videos of Sally working with private students and audio demos.

    Following each lesson is a very detailed practice guide including mp3 practice tracks and more video and audio demonstrations of specific skills. You are also shown how to use your new skills when singing a song and how to perform.


    I have a 12-year-old child who is determined to become a star. Is this the right training?

    Absolutely! SingLikeYouSpeak is one of the best vocal techniques in existence today – and it is the only fully codified method for contemporary singers-also in book form. It’s all here at your child’s fingertips.


    Does it work for a classically trained singer who wants to transition into a more contemporary style?

    Yes. Sally has helped many, many student with this transition and all the same materials and even video of Sally working with people just like you are included.


    I’m a pop singer on the road. Will this website keep me in shape?

    How long does the entire training course take?
    For some, learning to sing is a life-long study. For others, they will get what they need in 6 months or a year. That is why we have 3 different levels of membership.

    Stage 1 is an 8-week course to introduce you to the method and to lay a good foundation of healthy vocal skills for you to build a great voice.

    Stage 2 is a month-by-month training that you can continue for as long as you’d like. The content will take you to a higher level each month, building on the skills learned in the previous month.

    Center Stage is for those of you who are really serious about your singing. You get everything in Stage 2 PLUS a private lesson with Sally Morgan every month. A private lesson can be taken from anywhere in the world where you have an internet connection, via a video conferencing system, Skpye. Sally works with students all over the world this way with great success.


    Who is Sally Morgan and why should I trust her to help me learn to sing?
    Sally is a professional vocal trainer with over 25 year of experience and expertise. She is the creator and author of Morganix Method ™: Sing Like You Speak, a required text at the University of Texas, Austin; the award-winning composer of her children’s music CD Grammy’s Cookie Jar; a respected singer, actress, and author of 215 Secrets to Help You Speak Like a Pro.

    What do I do if I run out of time on Stage 1?
    People do tend to run out of time on Stage 1 so if you need additional time, we invite you to join Stage 2 and we will extend your subscription for Stage 1 an additional month.


    Can I switch from Stage 2 to Center Stage without having to start all over again?
    Yes. When you switch from Stage 2 to Center Stage, you will begin where you left off before the switch. In other words, the switch is seamless.


    How do I know I’m doing the exercises right?
    The lessons teach you to become aware of how you use your body as an instrument; to feel which muscles need to be stronger and which muscles need to be relaxed and what your thought process needs to be.

    Each lesson and practice guide has a specific focus. During your practice you will concentrate on the focus and even though your may not get the exact result you want, you will be growing in the right direction.
